Hmong American Institute for Learning (HAIL) operates with three core program areas: Hmong Literary Art, Hmong Contemporary Art, and Traditional Hmong Art. In these three program areas, we offer the following to artists and writers:
Workshops for Hmong writers and visual artists to practice and improve their works-in-progress by learning from seasoned artists and writers.
Training and development for artists and writers to teach in the schools.
Events to debut new work.
Gallery exhibitions of Hmong art.
Professional development for artists and writers.
Publication of Hmong creative literature and artwork in our premier journal Paj Ntaub Voice.
Collaboration with Hmong elder artists to create new works of art.
